Finish your first order with DSers

After you receive your first order from your store, you can process it with DSers.

Before you go to DSers-Open Orders, you need to make sure your customer has paid for the order. Once it is paid, you will find the order under the Awaiting order tab and you can place the order to AliExpress. Then you can go to AliExpress to pay for the AliExpress order. And you can wait for the order to be moved to the Awaiting shipment tab in Open Orders page. At this point, you don’t need to do anything because DSers will help you update the order status and synchronize tracking information automatically. That means the order processing is semi-automated by DSers.
