Manage Your Orders in DSers

Once your customers have placed orders in your store, you'd better process them as soon as possible to provide a good customer service. You can make that happen with DSers Open Orders menu.


What is Open Orders?

Open Orders is developed to help you manage orders from your store, including  performing  order processing, syncing order status from both AliExpress and your dropshipping store, checking order details in one place.


How to use Open Orders?

Open Orders allows you to:

Check and fulfill your orders.

Update latest order status and tracking number from related platforms.

Roll back or archive fulfilled orders.


Order status lists

Pending 

Awaiting order

Awaiting payment

Awaiting shipment

Awaiting fulfillment

Fulfilled

Canceled

Failed

Those 8 order statuses are not the same as what you see in your store and some are unique to DSers. You need to figure what they mean separately and thus you can make order processing more smooth.


More information to know

Orders you see on this page are those filtered by default settings including time range, time zone and store-based options. If you have personal requirements, you can set up them to suit your needs.
