 You may not want to build your store based on Shopify or other e-commerce platforms, or you just don’t have an online store but need a third party to serve as your supplier to ship goods to your customers. That is where CSV Bulk Orders comes in. You can take advantage of this feature in DSers for free and here are some details about it.


What is CSV Bulk Orders?

CSV Bulk Orders is designed specifically for merchants who don’t want to run their business with Shopify yet lack necessary channels to source products and tools to manage orders. 


How to use the feature in DSers?

To get through the whole process, you need to follow the steps as below:

  • Create your product database and upload it to DSers.

  • Create your order database and upload it to DSers.

  • Place orders to AliExpress.

  • Wait for tracking number to be generated and download related files to get them to track your orders.

Considering that you are required to fill in the product and order templates, here are some important definitions of the fields. 


For product template, please note that SKU means your product SKU, while SKU (AliExpress SKU) can be found on your DSers My products page.


For order template, please note that your product id is the same as the product ID in your product database and your product SKU is the same as the product SKU in your product database.
