What is Shipping confirmation setting?

This will be very useful when it comes to notifying your customers of the latest delivery status and other after-sale information they want to know. So you need to make the best of this feature in DSers to help you to better serve your customers.


How to set up Shipping confirmation?

You need to note that the fulfilment notification emails are store-based.


To activate the feature, turn on the button on the right and then choose one of your stores to set up the shipping carrier and tracking website you desire.


For shipping carriers, you are allowed to select one from the available shipping providers drop-down list or set other as the default one.


For tracking websites, it is available for you to choose from the common tracking websites list or custom your own one.
