Configure Your Settings in DSers——Account

Now that we have finished the introduction of navigation menu bar for your DSers account, we would like to share with you ins and outs of setting up your Settings to suit your needs in the coming days. Let’s get started with Account section on your Settings page.


Configure your Account 

In general, your Account setting includes Account, Time zone and AliExpress Account. 

For one thing, you can change your account name, account password and account email when necessary. For another thing, you are able to set up account-level time zone as well as check and switch your AliExpress account.

  • Account

You don’t need to worry about how many times you can make the changes, just follow the steps in DSers help center and you can achieve that easily.

  • Time zone

The default time zone is based on your browser time zone when you signed up for DSers, and you can modify it for up to one time, which means you cannot change it for a second time.

  • AliExpress Account

First of all, you can check your connected AliExpress account ID to verify you are logged in to the correct account. What’s more, you can delete or switch your current AliExpress account linked to DSers if necessary. To make the most of your AliExpress account, you can get it whitelisted to get more benefits for your dropshipping business. 

Please note that once you disconnect  your current AliExpress account, DSers won’t sync any data from AliExpress for your orders.
