Configure Your Settings in DSers—— Order

Last week, we learned about the Shipping setting in your Settings. Today, let's dive into the Order setting, which is an important part of your DSers settings.


What is the Order setting?

Well, the Order setting includes Leave a message to AliExpress sellers, Phone Number Optimization, Order Management and Tax. If you are paid users, you have access to Automatic Order Split.


Introducing the setting

Let's have a quick look at it.

You can edit the default message that will be sent to your supplier with the AliExpress order. Also, you can remove it to deactivate the feature.


  • Phone Number Optimization

Sometimes, your customer does not fill in the telephone number in the dedicated box, in this case you can set the default number that meets the requirement before you place the order to increase order success rate. And also it may happen that your customer has offered a phone number but in case it is not correct, you can override the number with a general number for a specific country.


  • Automatic Order Split

You may want to use AliExpress Saver shipping, which will save you a lot of time when it comes to shipping the goods to your customer. The shipping is available when your order is less than $5. You can split the order into multiple orders if your items are under $5.


  • Oorder Management

If you have orders canceled by AliExpress, you can turn on the Canceled Orders Optimization to help you automatically optimize the orders.

And you can turn on the Request Fulfillment Cancelatioin

feature to place the Shopify orders normally to AliExpress suppliers.

 

To fulfill items seperately, you can activate the feature from to enjoy the service that Shopify will send your customer multiple  shipping confirmation emails corresponding to your items.

To fulfill items in bulk, you can fulfill an order only after all products of an order get their tracking numbers.


  • Tax

For orders to Europe, you need to include an IOSS ID iin your order information. What's more, when the price of an order to France exceeds 150 Euros, you need to provide your VAT ID and your company name.
