For emails sent to customers

In both Oberlo and DSers, DSers will trigger the emails sent to customers once the order is fulfilled and corresponding tracking number is synced to your Shopify store.

In Oberlo, the shipping carrier is set as “Other” on Shopify shipping confirmation email. While in DSers, you can either choose a specific carrier or “Other” from the listed shipping carriers on the drop-down list.

 

For tracking URL

In Oberlo, you can just input the tracking website link in the dedicated field. While in DSers, you can either choose from given tracking URL options or fill in your own tracking URL in the customized field.
