Oberlo vs DSers: Import List

If you are running your dropshpping business with Shopify stores, you can choose either Oberlo and DSers to help you manage stores, find suppliers and fulfil orders. From the look of things, features are very similar in Oberlo and DSers. But in actual sense, there exists quite a lot of differences in some features between the two apps. Today, we will talk about the Import List feature.

Import List is a main feature in both Oberlo and DSers, which helps you keep imported products, and enables you to edit, tag and push them to online stores. To figure out the differences, you may need to try out it by yourself.

Specifically speaking, in Oberlo, you can not keep product data after you push products or publish products to Shopify store, which means you will not find the product anymore in the Import List. In DSers, even if you have pushed or published products to online store, you can still access the product data in the Import List menu and push your products to other stores without having to import and modify them again.

For the price shown on the Import List, the product price on the Oberlo Import List is the sale price in your Shopify store. While in DSers, the products will apply the pricing rule when pushed to Shopify stores.

As mentioned above, the Import List in Oberlo and DSers are not that similar. In the case you are migrating from Oberlo to DSers, to operate your business well in DSers after migration, make sure you have understood all the differences.
